Our classes are designed to work with what we’ve got - every human being’s natural survival instinct and survival system.  We focus on fundamental impact skills for striking & kicking, grappling skills for the clinch, basic movement on & off the ground and defensive skills for all scenarios where surprise, fear and shock impact your ability to execute learned complex motor skills.  Our focus is on making you demonstrably effective, quickly.
The conditioning element of our classes endeavours to challenge your system to develop functional movement and power, developing your physique by placing challenges on your body across multiple metabolic pathways and in cross-modal domains where your effort and activity can be maximised.  We’re trying to make you *really* fit - not merely treadmill-fit - in a way that is enjoyable and challenging!
